Employer Benefits:

  • Periodic Workshops and Training for Management and other Staff

Fast Response:

Personal Issues:

An EAP most often helps employees deal with issues outside of work that can affect performance. Many people deal with a variety of issues and an EAP provides them an outlet and resources to help them deal with these issues they won’t impact job performance.

  • 10, 000 people are released from jails and prisons across the country every week.

  • As we train our people and develop our policies and create a culture that supports inclusion and diversity, are we missing this key element?

  • Have we passed up an opportunity to hire qualified, loyal, and dependable talent or do we believe we just dodged a bullet?
