Refund and Returns Policy

Our exchange policy lasts 3 days after initial service order has been placed. If 3 days have passed since your purchase or if services have begun, we can’t offer you an exchange.

There are no refunds for completed works. Credit for other services will be considered on a case by case basis and only for legitimate and compelling reasons at the discretion of the management team.

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded or credited:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Documentation Kits
  • eBooks

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
